豬糞烘干機
滾筒烘干機主要由進料封頭、出料封頭，電機傳動，滾筒主機，托輪基座構(gòu)成；該機采用流動和密封烘干工藝，含水分的濕物料進入烘干機后，在滾筒內(nèi)均布的揚料板翻動下，物料在滾筒烘干機內(nèi)均勻分散并與熱空氣充分接觸，加快了干燥傳熱。在干燥過程中，物料在帶有傾斜度的揚料板和熱空氣的作用下，至烘干機另一端出料封頭排出成品?？蛇B續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)，故障少﹑維護費用低﹑功耗低、產(chǎn)量高。廣泛應(yīng)用于有機肥，復(fù)合肥，堆肥，復(fù)混肥等各種肥料生產(chǎn)線中。

Use and Features:
The drum dryer mainly consists of the feed seal head, the discharge seal head, the motor drive, the drum main engine and the supporting wheel base. The machine adopts the flowing and sealing drying process, the wet material containing water enters the dryer, and the material is evenly distributed in the drum dryer and fully contact the hot air in the drum dryer. The heat transfer is accelerated. During the drying process, the material is discharged from the finished product at the other end of the dryer, under the action of the tilting plate and hot air. It can run continuously, with fewer failures, lower maintenance cost, lower power consumption and higher output. It is widely used in various fertilizer production lines such as organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, compost and so on.
豬糞烘干機可將含水量65左右的鮮豬糞、或其它糟渣，經(jīng)過上料、高溫烘干、除塵、冷卻等工藝過程，制成含水量13%以下的無臭顆粒狀成品，可用做有機肥或飼料的主要原料。豬糞烘干機操作彈性大、干燥成本低。適應(yīng)性強、可靠性高。處理能力大，燃料消耗少，抗過載能力強，筒體運行平穩(wěn)，能夠使用高溫?zé)犸L(fēng)對物料進行快速干燥，設(shè)計考慮了生產(chǎn)余量，即使產(chǎn)量小幅度增加，也無需更換設(shè)備。設(shè)備采用調(diào)心式拖輪結(jié)構(gòu)，拖輪與滾圈的配合好，大大降低了磨損及動力消耗。專門設(shè)計的擋輪結(jié)構(gòu)，大大降低了由于設(shè)備傾斜工作所帶來的水平推力。
